SİBA Real Estate Valuation

SİBA Real Estate Valuation is conducted by Sinem Esenkal Efe, holder of a Capital Markets Board (SPK) Real Estate Valuation Expertise Licence (No: 409356) and a member of the Association of Appraisal Experts of Turkey (TDUB). Real estate valuation services have been provided across the Bodrum peninsula and the wider Muğla region since 2018.

Our approach

Valuation work is carried out free of any conflict of interest, in accordance with the principles of independence and impartiality required by the regulations. Every report is prepared following an on-site inspection, confirmation of the title deed and zoning status, and regional market analysis, in compliance with the relevant regulations and international valuation standards.
