Our activities comply with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) in Turkey, and with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors who reach us from the European Union. In our data processing practices, the strictest standard, the GDPR, is taken as the basis.

We do not request more data from you than is necessary to fulfil your request (the data minimisation principle).
Your personal data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to the appraisal or contact request you have sent us. No processing is carried out beyond this purpose.

The data you send through the form is stored in our own application (app.sibadegerleme.com).
In order to respond to your request correctly, your incoming message may be translated into Turkish using entirely our own artificial intelligence infrastructure (a language model running on our own server). This processing is carried out only within our own systems.
Your personal data is not shared with any third party and is not transferred abroad. External artificial intelligence or cloud services such as OpenAI are not used; all processing takes place on servers under our own control. In this way, the data of visitors reaching us from the EU is also processed without being transferred to third countries.
To measure page visits we apply a cookieless, anonymous and first-party method. Your IP address is not stored; for unique-visitor counting only an irreversible anonymous code that changes every day is used. This measurement does not identify you personally and is based on legitimate interest under Article 6/1-f of the GDPR and Article 5/2-f of the KVKK. No third-party trackers such as Google Analytics are used. You can opt out of measurement via the Decline option in the cookie notice or your browser’s “Do Not Track” (Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control) signal.
Your data is kept until your request is concluded and for the legal retention period prescribed by the applicable legislation. After this period, your data is deleted or anonymised.
